Saudi Minister: Waiting For Aramco To Get Land In Maharashtra, Ball In India’s Court

After the restriction on Iran, the supply of oil is a big concern for India but Saudi Arabia has given the assurance of an uninterrupted supply of oil to India. Apart from this, a major agreement has been signed between Saudi Arabian government Aramco and Indian PSU oil companies to work on an oil refinery worth $ 60 billion in Maharashtra.

Saudi Arabia’s Commerce Minister Majid bin Abdullah al-Qasabi on Thursday put the ball in India’s court in this regard and stated that work on the refinery will start as soon as the land is allotted by India.
